Is pricing fixed or hourly?

For most projects, we give a fixed price. For larger projects, milestone-based billing can be agreed. For ongoing development after launch, we bill hourly (€95–145/h).

Why does your pricing differ from cheaper providers?

We use solid technology, better processes, and more experienced people. A typical cut-rate project ends up costing more a year later, once it needs to be rebuilt.

Can the project be split into phases?

Yes. Projects are typically invoiced in three installments: 30% at kickoff, 40% at the midpoint of development, and 30% at launch.

Can I pay for the project in installments?

Can I change my package later?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your package as the project progresses. We'll walk through the change together and update your quote.

Are the domain and hosting included?

The domain isn't included — it's typically registered under the client's own account. Hosting is optional: we can manage it for you (+€50/mo), or you can use your own hosting.

Can I use my own hosting?

Yes. You can choose your own hosting and pay only a one-time setup fee. In that case, hosting is your responsibility.

How quickly can the project start?

We usually start within 1–2 weeks of signing the agreement. For more urgent cases, an earlier start date may be available — just ask.

What happens after launch?

Once the project is complete, we transfer ownership of the site and its source code to you. You can choose a maintenance plan or manage it yourself. We also offer ongoing development whenever you need it.
